New England Vacation Rentals offers vacation home rentals in Maine and Cape Cod. We take our guests feedback very seriously and are constantly expanding our services and amenities that are requested and now offer concierge services such as discount lift tickets and grocery shopping. We are accountable and when you call-- we answer. Maintenance problem—no worries we are there to get it fixed. Have a question—we will get you answers. We are also travel coordinators and advisors. Need a babysitter…we will arrange for you. Want tickets for a local event or attraction –we can arrange that too. Need a crib or are in need of any type of equipment for your stay-- we will take care of for you. Having a wedding or family reunion—we can help. Worried about the possibility of having to cancel your vacation—we have trip insurance for you. All of our homes are professionally cleaned and maintained. We strive to provide each guest with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. All of our owners have made a promise to us that the homes we represent must be cleaned and well maintained between visits to ensure they are presentable and comfortable for guests. We encourage our guests to provide us with their experience about our homes and work with our owners to continue to improve them. We are objective about our homes and will work on your behalf to help find the right home for you that meets all of your needs whether it is a specific location, a budget or your are bringing Fido. Besides being members of our local Chamber of Commerce’s--we are members of the Vacation Rental Management Association. This means that we subscribe to a Code of Ethics and Practices in the management and renting of vacation properties. We have accredited phone and Internet reservations systems, and have made a commitment to quality hospitality, professionalism and industry excellence. VRMA members are asked to subscribe to a Code of Ethics and Practices in the management and renting of vacation properties. The association requires as an added assurance, many VRMA members offer trip cancellation insurance through a national insurance company. If you need to cancel your plans at the last minute and you purchased insurance, you make your claim directly to the insurance company who is responsible for refunds. Light For our Cape Cod Homes --we require a Saturday-to-Saturday 7 night stay. On your arrival day--You will come to our office in Downtown Harwich Port between 3PM-5: 30PM to pick up your check in package and key. For our Maine homes-- we require a 2-night stay except for Holiday periods that is specifically noted. We will either mail you your check in package with key or meet you at your selected home to check you in. We will let you know 1 week prior to your arrival. We can’t wait to assist you…..
